It’s Chai Season (again)!

It’s getting nippy out there! The perfect time to warm up with spicy tea! Today, I am making Orange Puer Redwood Chai. I started with the Redwood Chai mixture: Orange peel, Carob pods, Cardamom, Ginger, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Star Anise all in whole, dried form. Bring a handful of that to a boil in 20 oz. of water. Then, add a dash of cream, a large pinch of Samovar’s Blood Orange Puer, and let all ingredients continue on a low boil for five or so minutes. Strain and drink! Add sweetener of choice if you so choose, but I find that this mix stands up pretty well on it’s own. Of course, my recipes are mere hints and guidelines. Modify as desired!
