Kale Chips!

start with a gorgeous head of purple kale. stem it and rinse it, tear the leaves into chip size pieces. spread the pieces out evenly on a cookie sheet (some overlap is fine). sprinkle with walnut oil, nutritional yeast, partially ground flax seeds, and dulse. i let them bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes, and then left them too cool with the oven open and off. keep an eye on them. you want it crispy but not burnt.
if you don’t inhale the whole pan in one sitting, there is something wrong!
