Blueberry Avo Smoothie

It’s creamy. It’s delicious. It’s nutritious. And it’s purple!

8 oz. coconut water, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup veg. broth*, 1/2 Hass Avocado,1 fresh peach,
teaspoon of Udo’s Oil**, tablespoon of micro-algae***, teaspoon of chili powder, a few slices fresh ginger root

*I used the discard water from steaming a whole cauliflower.

**This is a nice supplemental oil that can be purchased at most major health food stores. Can substitute flax oil.
***This is optional. I used a spirulina chlorella/green veg.
